Beauty Salon Robbery Suspect Charged
A Denver, CO man accused of using children to help him rob local beauty salons and spas has been formally charged.
John Vallez was charged with theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, by the Denver District Attorney.
Police say Vallez went into the shops and used a child as a decoy. Store owners say the child would ask to use the restroom and while the clerks were distracted the thief would steal employees' wallets and cell phones from the break room.
