Cosmetology Fashion Show for Breast Cancer
Citrus College cosmetology students recently put together a fashion show focused on two themes: Fashion Forward and Avante Garde, which is experimental art and fantasy. Avante Gaurde means "advance guard." The show was judged by six professionals including former students, a representative from TNT Agency, and several cosmetology professionals.
There were a total of six winners, ranking from first to third place in each category. In addition to trophies, first place winners from each category received four sessions of make-up classes worth $600 from TNT Agency.
With October being national awareness month all proceeds from the show went toward the fight against breast cancer.
