Hit and Run - Sends Man through a Grocery Store Window
23-year-old Robert Servance, from the 4500 block of Mulberry Street, is suspected to be the driver in a hit and run, that sent a man through a grocery store window. He was taken into custody and is expected to be charged with DUI as well as driving without a license.
The victim was struck on the 5100 block of Frankford Avenue in Frankford, around 2:00 Sunday morning. The impact hurled his body through a grocery store window.
The man, believed to be in his 30's, survived but he's in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
