National Cosmetology Association Teams up with the American Cancer Society
On Tuesday November 17th, the American Cancer Society's Humboldt-Del Norte Unit held their "Look Good...Feel Better" program, which was designed to help women currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation or those who have recently completed their treatment, to enjoy a day of pampering and beauty, while local cosmetologists taught skin care, make up, scarf tying, and a seminar on how to deal with hair loss.
